Our Story

Owner and creator, Sarah de Souza, was born and raised in Massachusetts where she remembers always having a passion for art and design. She got her degree in interior design from Suffolk University in Boston and shortly after started working for a luxury interior design firm. Sarah moved to Miami and started working at RH where she became one of the top interior designers in the company within her first year. Her experience in these last 10 years in the industry has allowed her to lead beautiful projects all over the world.

At Studio by Scala, we specializes in creating beautiful contemporary, yet timeless spaces that look and feel personal to each client. We believe in beautiful, curated spaces that leave a lasting impression, but creating a home is our purpose.
